Teen photo parties go underwater

I've been doing teen photo parties for about 4 years now as part of the business which have worked really well. For anyone who hasn't been to one, I bring all my equipment to your house and set up a home studio. The kids get to dress up and pose in 3-4 outfits and is always a great way to start a night of partying for anyone's birthday.

Well I've been a photographer for 10 years (as a hobby for over 20) and I've been a scuba diver for around 7 years. I'm building myself through the ranks and it inevitable that photography and diving were eventually going to meet. Well I finally took the plunge :) and got myself a Hugyfot camera housing and Light and Motion lights to be able to take my Canon 5D mk2 underwater with me. It normally goes everywhere with me above the water so why shouldn't it follow me below the waves.

I'm not just wanting to photograph wrecks and coral like every other photographer. I'm
Also wanting to take the rest of my dry land locked work and take it below the waves.

So my first targets are my baby and teen shoots. If you check out www.timlos.com you'll see some of my baby shoots. I've got a few teen shoots booked in over the next few weeks which I'll be posting online too.

So what I'm trying to say is that if you have a desire to be photographed like a mermaid under the water, give me a call :) I'm off to swim with the fishes :)
